Regular Semi-Private Coaching

You want a customised training program and you also want private coaching for the dedicated guidance and also motivation. However, you’d like to train with a buddy or some friends regularly with Coach Yusuf.
Coach Yusuf will customise a training program that caters to the needs of your group. The group can be up to 8 individuals. Be assured that cues on technique and form are consistently given along with options of exercise progressions.

Regular Private Coaching
